Unexpected...
Somewhat incredibly, there are just two generations separating me from my great-grandmother who was born in Victorian times and spent her life tending pigs, chickens and geese. My grandfather was her youngest son, so she died when my Dad was quite young and we have few stories about her, other than that she was a bit fierce!
I can see a lot of family resemblances in the few photos we have of her, though.
