Daily Delight Inspiration

Hello again! Diane here to bring you some inspiration using Lynn's newest BYOC (Build Your Own Collab) contributions to the big sale happening at The Lilypad this week-end (March 4 - 6).

Lynn's Creative Team has been busy using her Daily Delight Papers, Daily Delight Elements and Daily Delight Cards in an exciting array of layouts. The colors are so pretty and lend themselves to a variety of subjects and styles. Let's take a look at a few!

Sondra (Rosemarythyme) sets a cheery tone with the yellow pineapple patterned paper from the kit. She used the wooden word art as her title. She contrasted the yellow with a gray patterned paper which anchors her framed photo perfectly! The little bird is keeping a careful watch over the little guy in her photo. The small cluster in the upper corner completes the triangular flow of her design.

Sharon (Sharon Evans) used a clean & simple design to share some heartfelt journaling in her layout. The different sizes and shapes of her paper strips give a lot of interest to the small area around her photo. She duplicated the size and shape of her photo frame to make a journal card from one of the patterned papers.

Jane (janedee) shows how well Lynn's designs mesh with another designer's from the March BYOC collection. She layered a great variety of colors and prints with a Frame Template Starter kit by Scrapping with Liz. She tucked Lynn's chevron strip in the corner with other Daily Delight elements. The photo is blended into the background paper with a mask from Lynn's Blendy Brushes and Masks kit.

Katell (katell) used Lynn's Big Fade Template Set to make a double spread of her Monument Valley pages. She tucked the triangle scatters brush delicately behind the inset photo with a single brad to add additional interest to that corner of her left page of the spread. On the other page she added word art strips, paint and another bit of the scatters brush to help unify the pages.

Lorry (lorryfach) uses paint and a horizontal design to share a unique photo perspective of her daughter. The strips at the top and bottom are filled with a great variety of patterned papers. The solid pink paper acts as a giant frame for that cute photo. The journal card is the perfect place for telling the details of the photo, The golden confetti adds just the right amount of sparkle!!

Lisa (Armygrl) framed this amusing photo with one from the elements kit. The journal card and word art strip work together for a title. She has a diagonal flow going through the photo cluster with use of the triangle scatters brush. The wooden button adds a delicate touch without making it too girly for this page about her guy.

The BYOC sale at The Lilypad is going on right now, so hop on over to the site and pick up these great kits by Lynn. They will coordinate perfectly with other items in the sale. I hope these pages have inspired you. Happy scrapping!!
